There's a lot of information at the trade show.

You’ll learn:

• What options are available after high school.

• What kinds of careers and jobs are available.

• What kinds of assistance and support are available.

• Which counseling centers can help.

Many organizations and companies are participating in the fair.

They provide information about jobs, training, and support for people with disabilities.

At the Employment Agency, you can get information on topics such as:

• What kind of support is available?
• Who is eligible to use these services?
• What requirements must be met?

Other exhibitors include:

• the East Thuringia State School Authority
• the Youth Career Agency
• Educational institutions
• Workshops for people with disabilities
• the Supplementary Independent Participation Counseling Service
• The Jena Center for Self-Determined Living
• The City of Jena’s Commissioner for People with Disabilities
• The City of Jena’s Procedural Navigator

Companies from Jena are also at the fair.

These companies have experience employing people with disabilities and are offering information.

Among them are:

• Jena Municipal Services
• Jena Municipal Kindergartens

There will be many presentations during the trade show.

Admission to the fair is free.

The school is accessible—all entrance doors are threshold-free and wide enough for wheelchair users. All exhibitors are located on the ground floor. Accessible restrooms are available. 

Parking spaces are located directly in front of the school building.

Drinks and snacks are available on site.
